Dragon Body Jewelry is not responsible for damage to jewelry caused by outside sources - our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. Please consult a licensed, reputable piercing professional regarding proper care and cleaning of Body Jewelry.
    Our corporation is not responsible for damage to dangling body jewelry during improper wear, including sleeping, bathing, clothing obstructions etc. Appropriate care should be taken when wearing suspended body jewelry.
    Acrylic balls can be easily stripped if over-tightened. Please take care when tightening acrylic balls. We do not replace jewelry which has become stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Acrylic balls can also be damaged by cleaning with alcohol. Do not immerse or clean acrylic body jewelry in alcohol - it will shatter. Threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose while being worn.
    Barbell Tongue rings may be affected by acidic food and alcohol consumption. Discoloration is one of these adverse effects.

★Return Policy
    There are no returns or exchanges on Body Jewelry
     An RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is mandatory for all returned merchandise. If you receive a defective item due to a manufacturing defect it must be returned in the ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING with an RMA Number provided from Dragon Body Jewelry.
    Please contact our Customer Service Department within ONE WEEK of receiving your order by completing the Return Request Form listed under RETURN POLICY (click on the menu on the right to access form). You may also email us at sales@dragonmfg.com or by phone at 0086-21-61206061. You will need to provide your ORDER ID NUMBER and the PRODUCT NUMBER of the merchandise when you contact us.

    We ship our orders to International customers with the world’s major express couriers, including UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and TNT.  We can also arrange shipping with air cargo or ocean upon request from customers. Shipments can be tracked on the courier’s website.
